Ready to make a real impact in healthcare? We're looking for a Category Manager to lead high-value sourcing initiatives, build strong supplier partnerships, and drive cost-effective strategies across and take ownership of the medical Capital category. In this role, you'll play a key part in shaping operations for medical supplies, equipment, and services, ensuring quality, performance, and value at every step.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the end-to-end operations of all Capital Strategic Sourcing
- Provide management reporting for key deliverables, plans, programs, and KPI’s
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure cost-effective purchasing while maintaining high-quality standards and compliance with healthcare regulations
- Contribute to ensuring that the sourcing process drives market sustainability, value to customers, and supply chain initiatives
- Effectively collaborate with suppliers and internal teams
- Collaborate with relevant stakeholders to ensure all relevant technical and clinical aspects of category management are met
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of Capital Sourcing experience - preferably medical equipment
- Experience with ERP systems
- Experience in Healthcare is a plus
- Contracting and negotiation experience
