We're looking for several experienced BAS Controls Installers and/or Commercial Electricians. In this role, you will be responsible for the physical installation of Building Automation Systems across commercial projects — including systems tied to HVAC Controls, Lighting Controls, Metering, Power, and Structured Cabling. This position requires thorough knowledge of electrical codes, HVAC control wiring, and the ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. The successful candidate will work both independently and as part of a team to deliver high-quality, code-compliant installations in commercial, industrial, and institutional environments.
This is a hands-on, field-based position for Controls Installers/Low Voltage electricians/Commercial Electricians who take pride in their craft. This is not an entry-level opportunity; we are looking for professionals who can hit the ground running and contribute from day one.
Responsibilities:
• Installing EMT and/or RIGID conduit; ability to bend conduit with a hand bender.
• Roughing in and running low-voltage cabling throughout commercial job sites
• Terminating low-voltage cabling in control panels and field devices (temperature, pressure, air volume sensors and switches, etc.)
• Reading and interpreting wiring diagrams, control drawings, and schematics
• Planning, coordinating, and sequencing work to align with project timelines
• Documenting and reporting installation progress accurately
• Working alongside other trades on active commercial construction sites

Qualifications:
- 4 years of experience in BAS or HVAC Controls installation.
- 4 years of electrical experience in commercial projects with special emphasis on conduit installation.
- A basic knowledge of electricity and relay logic.
- Familiarity with additional low-voltage systems is a plus (Access Control, A/V, Telecom/Data).
- Strong electrical background with experience in commercial HVAC systems.
- Proficiency with open-protocol BAS platforms such as FX, AX, Trane, ALC, and similar systems.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, control drawings, and specifications.
