Job Title: CNC Mastercam Programmer Division: USA

Summary: You will be responsible, as a Mastercam CNC Programmer, to use
Mastercam to write proficient programs for Okuma horizontals, Haas vertical, Fadal vertical mills and Mori Seiki lathes. Interact and effectively communicate with,
Manufacturing Manager, Production Scheduler, Engineering, and shop floor
Supervisor. Understand our machine capabilities thoroughly. Use our ERP system to effectively adhere to shop schedule.

Time Utilization: Regular business hours are 7am to 3:30pm (30 min lunch break)
Monday – Friday. Daily overtime may be required including Saturdays (work load dependent).

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

1. Programming of CNC Machines using Mastercam.

2. Convert old Edge Cam program’s to Mastercam.

3. Reduce cycle times of existing programs.

4. Inform Manufacturing Manager of any tools required.

5. Interact with Engineering to optimize machine process.

6. Understanding and utilize macros.

7. Adhere to shop schedule: Have programs ready for Manufacturing.

8. Interact with Shop Floor Supervisor and Machinist for machine techniques and shop Schedule.

Education/Experience:

Applicant needs to have a minimum of 6 years’ experience expressly using
Mastercam in programming multi-axis CNC mills and lathes.

Applicant needs to have 3 years of experience as a CNC machinist on multi-axis mills and lathes.

Personal skills:

Must have the ability to respond and adjust to changing or new situations environments and maintain professionalism in dealing with co-workers.

Language Ability:
Ability to read and interpret documents such as mechanical drawings, safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.

Math Ability:
Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

Computer Skills:
To perform this job successfully, you must be able to operate a computer to log information into an ERP system.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35.00 - $40.00 per hour
