HR Operations Coordinator
Job Description:
- Coordinate new hire onboarding activities, including data entry into HRIS systems.
- Prepare, collect, and maintain employment documentation, including I-9 forms, employment agreements, and onboarding records.
- Manage candidate relocation documentation and reimbursement processes & process invoices and payments for contractors, interns, and HR vendors.
- Maintain and update employee data within HR systems and related databases.
- Generate employment verification letters and other employee documentation & maintain HR records, employee rosters, and departmental documentation.
- Monitor compliance requirements and follow up on required actions, including I-9 reverifications and contract renewals.
- Support internal and external audits by preparing required HR documentation.
- Respond to inquiries received through the HR shared inbox and direct requests to the appropriate HR team member.
- Assist with HR reporting, process documentation, and system improvement initiatives.
Support additional HR projects and administrative activities as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 2 years of HR coordination, HR administration, onboarding, payroll support, or administrative experience.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills & experience maintaining confidential employee information.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint & experience with HRIS, ATS, payroll systems, or SAP SuccessFactors preferred.
