Key Responsibilities
Track shipment progress and maintain accurate dispatch records
Assign loads and monitor routing schedules
Communicate delivery updates, exceptions, or delays to internal teams and drivers
Maintain detailed operational documentation, including freight logs and system updates
Identify workflow inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
