What You’ll Do
- Make outbound calls through our dialer to connect with prospective clients
- Follow proven scripts while personalizing conversations to build rapport
- Pre-qualify clients based on program requirements before transferring to enrollment
- Maintain a professional, empathetic, and positive tone on every call
- Accurately capture prospect information and update CRM records
- Support the sales pipeline by ensuring only qualified clients move forward
- Previous call center or phone sales experience preferred (not required)
- Confident communicator with excellent verbal skills and professional phone presence
- Positive, resilient, and coachable mindset with the ability to adapt quickly
- Comfortable using computer systems, CRM platforms, and Microsoft/Google tools
- Results-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to earn beyond base pay
