Position Summary

As a Service Greeter, you are the first and most important point of contact for guests arriving at the service drive. You will welcome customers with warmth and professionalism, ensure smooth check-in processes, and support our service team in creating a seamless and memorable experience for every guest.

Key Responsibilities

• Guest Reception: Greet all service guests upon arrival with a courteous and welcoming demeanor.

• Check-In Support: Assist guests in the check-in process and guide them to appropriate service staff.

• Status Communication: Relay vehicle status updates and wait time estimates to guests in a timely manner.

• Service Coordination: Collaborate with service advisors, porters, and technicians to ensure efficient workflow and a smooth guest experience.

• Professional Appearance: Help maintain cleanliness and a polished environment in the service drive and waiting lounge.

• Other Duties as Assigned: Provide general support and remain flexible to meet team needs.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.

• Valid California driver’s license with a clean driving record.

• Minimum 3 years of driving experience preferred.

• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles (preferred).

• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods in indoor and outdoor environments.

• Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor.

• Ability to safely operate vehicles in tight spaces.

• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency.

• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or retail is highly desirable.

• Bilingual skills are a plus!

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay: $18.00 to $19.00 based on experience and qualifications.
