We are looking for a customer-oriented service representative/greeter for a new car wash. Job position is outdoors must be ok with working under warm and cold weather conditions.
Hiring for the following positions:
GREETER
- Good communication skills
- Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
- Provide customer support experience
- Takes the extra mile to engage customers
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries to enhance their shopping experience.
- Operate the cash register efficiently, handling cash and processing transactions accurately.
- Stock shelves and maintain product displays to ensure a well-organized store environment.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing concerns and offering support.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and effective communication.
- Demonstrate product knowledge and assist in merchandising efforts as needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
