Schedule:

Monday-Thursday | 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

What You’ll Do:

• Perform fabrication and welding on structural and custom metal projects
• Utilize spray transfer, metal core, and hardwire welding processes
• Read and interpret blueprints and shop drawings
• Operate fabrication equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain quality standards and production timelines
• Work closely with a skilled fabrication team

What You Need to Have:

• Proficiency with spray transfer, metal core, and hardwire welding
• Strong fabrication skills and attention to detail
• Ability to read blueprints and fabrication drawings
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Dependable work ethic and strong attendance
  
  

The Musts:

• Must pass pre-employment drug screen
• Must pass background check
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Reliable transportation required
  
  

Preferred:

• Previous structural or custom fabrication experience
• Experience working in a production fabrication environment
• Additional welding certifications are a plus
