What You’ll Do:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders and packing documents
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment to unload and move freight safely
- Organize inventory by sorting, labeling, and storing materials in designated areas
- Pick, pack, palletize, and prepare outbound shipments to meet customer and carrier requirements
- Generate shipping documentation including bills of lading and packing lists
- Coordinate with carriers and logistics providers for timely pickups and deliveries
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits
- Maintain accurate records using systems like JD Edwards and Salesforce
- Ensure a clean, safe, and organized warehouse in compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with production and purchasing teams to maintain efficient workflow

What You Need to Have:
- Valid driver’s license
- Previous warehouse and inventory experience
- Ability to safely move and handle materials
- Strong attention to detail and organization skills
The Musts:
- Experience in shipping & receiving operations
- Ability to lift, move, and manage warehouse materials safely
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Commitment to safety and accuracy
Preferred:
- Forklift experience (sit-down or stand-up)
- Experience with JD Edwards, Salesforce, or similar systems
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain; supervisor can certify)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office
