Laser Trim Machine Operator

Laser Trim Machine Operator Location: Portland Metro Area, OR Pay: $24-30/hr. Starting DOE Schedule: Full-Time | Train on Day Shift, then move to Swing Shift Who We Are:

What You’ll Do:

• Operate and monitor laser trim machinery used in precision electronics manufacturing
• Work with industrial PCs, automation equipment, motion-control electronics, and related control software
• Perform machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting
• Monitor production quality and ensure specifications are met
• Read and interpret technical documentation and process instructions
• Assist with machine maintenance and support production efficiency
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues
• Learn and work within legacy programming and electronics environments
• Train on day shift before transitioning to swing shift once fully trained

What You Need to Have:

• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
• Interest in electronics, industrial automation, or machine programming
• Comfortable working around industrial equipment and manufacturing machinery
• Ability to learn technical systems and programming environments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow technical processes
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Reliable work ethic and willingness to learn
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience as a bench electronics technician or similar technical role
• Exposure to industrial PCs, motion-control systems, or automation equipment
• Familiarity with programming languages or desire to learn:
• C
• C
• x86 Assembly Language
• Borland Pascal / Delphi
• Visual Basic
• Manufacturing or production experience
• Experience troubleshooting electronics or machine systems
