What You’ll Do:
- Operate and monitor laser trim machinery used in precision electronics manufacturing
- Work with industrial PCs, automation equipment, motion-control electronics, and related control software
- Perform machine setup, calibration, and troubleshooting
- Monitor production quality and ensure specifications are met
- Read and interpret technical documentation and process instructions
- Assist with machine maintenance and support production efficiency
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues
- Learn and work within legacy programming and electronics environments
- Train on day shift before transitioning to swing shift once fully trained
