This role is essential in ensuring the smooth flow of materials, equipment, and information across the organization while supporting both internal teams and customer needs.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
As a Warehouse Coordinator, you will play a key role in managing daily warehouse operations and logistics coordination.
- Coordinate the flow of materials, equipment, and documentation throughout the warehouse
- Assist with freight coordination and local deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory and support cycle counts
- Ensure service “kit” parts are prepared and ready for technicians
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move materials safely and efficiently
- Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments
- Communicate with internal departments to support operational needs
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment
- 3 years of warehouse, logistics, or inventory experience
- Forklift experience required (certification preferred)
- Experience with pallet jacks and material handling equipment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
- Customer-focused mindset and strong communication skills
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a physical environment
- Weekly pay
