We are looking for a full-time Warehouse Coordinator to join our team in the Denver Metropolitan Area. This on-site role involves managing shipping, receiving, inventory control, and material handling operations to ensure an organized and efficient warehouse. Key responsibilities include processing incoming and outgoing shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, coordinating with vendors and team members, and overseeing the timely delivery of materials and equipment. The Warehouse Coordinator will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain and logistics process.
- Proven skills in Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling to ensure accurate and prompt management of goods.
- Experience with Inventory Management and Inventory Control to maintain precise stock levels and organization within the warehouse.
- Strong Communication skills to effectively coordinate with team members, vendors, and delivery personnel.
- Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or a related area preferred.
- Proficiency with inventory software or warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Ability to lift and move materials safely, following standard safety protocols.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
