What You’ll Do:
- Oversee restoration projects from initial assessment through completion
- Manage project financials, including budgets, margins, pricing, and cost control
- Establish and manage payment terms, progress billings, and collections
- Lead and support Project Managers and field teams
- Coordinate with customers, subcontractors, and internal departments
- Develop and manage project schedules and timelines
- Review work to ensure quality, safety, and compliance standards are met
- Handle change orders, punch lists, and project closeout documentation
- Resolve customer concerns, warranty issues, and project challenges
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and company safety policies

- 5 years of experience in disaster restoration (required)
- 3 years of experience as a Project Manager or Estimator in restoration
- Strong knowledge of water mitigation, fire restoration, and mold remediation
- Proven ability to manage project financials, budgets, and margins
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Ability to work independently and make critical decisions
- IICRC Certification
- Experience with Xactimate (Level 1 or higher)
- Strong subcontractor management and negotiation experience
- Excellent communication and customer relationship skills
- Ability to handle high-pressure and time-sensitive situations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Reliable, accountable, and detail-oriented
- Experience leading multiple Project Managers or teams
- Higher-level Xactimate certifications (Level 2 or 3)
- Experience with large-loss or complex restoration projects
- Background in mentoring or developing team members
