Position: Shipping & Door Shop Hybrid

Pay: $20 to 23.50 /hr DOE

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Location: Wilsonville, OR

About the Role:

We’re looking for a motivated, high-potential individual to join our team as a Utility Player. This is a great opportunity for someone eager to learn and grow within a manufacturing environment. You’ll be cross trained to support both the Shipping Department and the Door Shop, making you a versatile and valuable member of the team. No extensive experience required—our client is willing to train the right person who brings the right attitude and work ethic.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in shipping operations, including preparing, packaging, and organizing outgoing orders
• Support the door shop with production tasks and material handling
• Learn to operate equipment and tools used in both departments
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goals
• Adapt to different tasks and responsibilities as needed
  
  

The Musts:

• Experience with door fabrication and basic hand tools/power tools
• Can read and accurately use a tape measurer
• Experience with shipping & receiving procedures
• Valid driver's license & clean driving record
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed
• Positive attitude and flexibility to work between departments
• Interest in growing within a company long-term
