WHAT YOU'LL DO:
As a framing/concrete laborer, you’ll be helping build the structure of buildings from the ground up. You’ll work with a team to measure and cut materials, put together wall and floor frames, and set up forms where concrete will be poured. You’ll also help pour and smooth concrete, install reinforcement like rebar, and move materials around the job site. A big part of your role is keeping the work area clean and safe while using basic tools and equipment. It’s hands-on, physical work, and you’ll be outside most of the time, working closely with others to get each part of the project done.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU:
Pay is $20-$25 per hour DOE

Day shift: Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm
WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:
For this role, you’ll need at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in framing, concrete work, or a similar construction environment. You should be comfortable using basic tools like saws, drills, and measuring equipment, and have a solid understanding of job site safety and daily operations. Experience with tasks like building frames, setting forms, pouring and finishing concrete, or working with rebar is important. You should also be able to follow directions, read basic plans, and work efficiently as part of a team. This is a physically demanding job, so being able to lift, stand for long periods, and work outdoors in various conditions is essential.
