Who We Are

We’re partnering with a well-established construction and structural organization known for tackling complex commercial and infrastructure projects across the Pacific Northwest.

Right now we’re looking for someone who knows construction and understands numbers. Maybe you’re a:

• Project Manager who occasionally jumps into estimating
• Project Engineer who enjoys the takeoff side of projects
• Estimator working in concrete, rebar, structural framing, or steel
  
  

If you’ve ever looked at a set of drawings and thought “I know what that’s going to cost”… we should probably talk. Or if you have been in this industry for years and out in the field and are looking to move into ESTIMATING, call me!

What You’ll Do

• Prepare estimates and bids for structural and commercial construction projects
• Perform quantity takeoffs from drawings and specifications
• Work with PMs, engineers, and field teams to build accurate project pricing
• Review project plans and identify scope, labor, and material needs
• Help develop competitive bids that actually win projects
• Collaborate with internal teams to understand production and installation costs
• Assist with value engineering and cost planning
  
  

What We’re Looking For

You don’t have to be a 20-year master estimator. If you understand construction and have estimating exposure, we want to talk.

Ideal backgrounds include:

• Structural steel
• Concrete
• Rebar
• Structural framing
• Heavy commercial construction
• Bridge or infrastructure work
  
  

You might currently be:

• Project Manager
• Project Engineer
• Estimator
• Preconstruction Coordinator
  
  

If you’ve done takeoffs, bids, or helped price jobs, you’re already ahead of the game.

Bonus Points If You Have

• Experience with Tekla, PowerFab, Bluebeam, or estimating software
• Fabrication shop or field construction background
• Experience working with commercial or industrial projects
