What You’ll Do
- Assist Project Managers with coordination of structural steel and bridge construction projects
- Review and become highly familiar with detailed structural drawings, shop drawings, and models
- Support project documentation including RFIs, change orders, submittals, and project correspondence
- Coordinate with detailers and fabrication teams
- Track project deliverables including materials, subcontractor deliveries, and schedules
- Help maintain project documentation, timelines, and scope tracking
- Monitor project changes and understand the impact on schedule and cost
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, field teams, and internal departments
- Gain hands-on exposure to the full lifecycle of structural steel and bridge construction
- Direct exposure to heavy structural steel and fabrication—an opportunity to learn one of the most specialized areas of construction
- Hands-on mentorship from seasoned Project Managers and Superintendents

- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and stakeholders
- Comfortable learning and working within a fast-paced project environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Experience in structural steel, bridge construction, or heavy civil projects
- Exposure to RFIs, change orders, and project documentation
