What You’ll Do:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Handle customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency
- Process purchase orders and customer requests accurately in internal systems
- Perform order entry, order management, stock reporting, and data input
- Coordinate with warehouse teams on standard, urgent, and specialty orders (kitting, assembly, etc.)
- Compile and analyze reports for customers
- Manage lead times and proactively communicate updates
- Escalate issues or trends that could impact service levels
- Support client-facing colleagues to ensure top-tier customer service
