What You’ll Do
Install, assemble, level, and align industrial machinery, pumps, motors, gearboxes, and conveyors.
Perform precision shaft and coupling alignment using laser and dial-indicator tools.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and repair or replace bearings, seals, gaskets, and other components.
Safely rig, lift, move, and position heavy equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Perform preventive maintenance to keep equipment operating efficiently.
Work with hydraulic and pneumatic systems and assist with fabrication or welding as needed.
Follow all jobsite safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area.
️ What We’re Looking For
Journeyman Millwright certification or equivalent industrial mechanical experience.
3–5 years of hands-on millwright or industrial maintenance experience preferred.
Experience with machinery installation, mechanical repairs, and precision alignment.
Ability to read blueprints and use precision measuring instruments.
Knowledge of rigging, lifting equipment, and safe material handling.
Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and commitment to safety.
OSHA training and a valid driver’s license are a plus.
