Pay: $16.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday
Hours: 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Position Overview

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Seam Sealer to join our team. In this role, you will operate seam sealing equipment to ensure products meet quality standards and are properly finished. Training is provided, making this a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing experience who is willing to learn.

Responsibilities
Operate seam sealing equipment according to established procedures.
Apply sealing tape accurately and evenly along product seams.
Inspect finished work to ensure seams are properly sealed and free of wrinkles, gaps, or imperfections.
Make minor corrections or repairs as needed to meet quality standards.
Follow all company safety and quality guidelines.
Perform basic equipment care and notify the supervisor of any equipment issues.
Communicate any product or process concerns to the supervisor or team lead.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Assist coworkers and other departments when needed.
Attend required training and meetings.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
Manufacturing experience is preferred but not required.
Previous sewing, upholstery, textile, or fabric-handling experience is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and good hand-eye coordination.
Comfortable working with fabric and using your hands throughout the workday.
Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
Willingness to learn new equipment and processes.

Physical & Work Requirements
Ability to visually inspect products for quality.
Ability to sit for extended periods during the workday.
Ability to use your hands and upper body strength to handle and pull fabric.
Ability to maintain productivity during periods of increased workload.
Must be willing to work occasional overtime when needed.
