Hope Power & Industrial Inc. is a specialty manpower resource provider to contractors, industrial facilities and power generation plants: Our industrial contractor customer in Upstate, SC is really getting a lot of attention from employees and clients for the quality and performance of work. They have immediate openings for true Industrial Millwright foreman / supervisors. Crew leaders with Heavy Machinery assembly experience is required.
No travel or per diem is available for this job.
We are seeking a reliable industrial millwright journeyman, foreman, and supervisors. to support project growth for projects such as assembly and installations and be a project team leader to ensure the optimal functioning of piping, hydraulics and maintenance of all industrial equipment and machinery at facility projects. The industrial millwright foreman responsibilities includes superior knowledge and coordination process equipment, making relevant adjustments to machinery, rigging and instalklation of machinery and final alignment. Communicate directions and oversigt of work task, quality and safety.
Industrial Millwright Responsibilities:
- Maintaining and installing all electrical, piping, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
- Locating problems through close observation of machinery and staff practices.
- Sourcing replacement parts and liaising with vendors.
- Performing minor pipe changes, rigging and installing equipment and all support systems
- Assisting maintenance team with all duties as needed.
Industrial Millwright Requirements:
- Not required but prefer associate degree in mechanical, electrical, or any relevant discipline.
- Great mechanical and electrical aptitude.
- Critical and logical thinking ability.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Good strength and stamina.
- Ability to remain calm and act responsibly during emergencies.
- Driver's license and willingness to work overtime if necessary.
