Opportunity Services is seeking a driven and motivated individual to join our team as a Program Supervisor at our Rochester, MN location! As a Program Supervisor, you will oversee one of our southeast MN programs by supervising staff, working with client teams, and ensuring that quality services are being delivered.

Hours and Benefits of the Program Supervisor:
- The starting pay range for this position is $20.00-24.00 per hour depending on education and previous experience.
- Monday – Friday schedule - No Nights or Weekends required!

Essential and Principle Job Responsibilities:
- Assist in supervising staff, including scheduling and basic disciplinary decisions.
- Provide high quality interaction with clients, client teams and business partners.
- Provide quality assistance with all personal cares and medication administration
- Facilitating community integration and engagement for all OS clients.
- Assist with community and peer interactions through positive reinforcement and the use of alternative communication strategies.
- Communicate efficiently and effectively with staff, directors, and client teams.
- Facilitate and manage client annual meetings/trainings.
- Organizes and facilitates staff meetings.
- Assist in the transportation of client using OS vehicles and follow agency Transportation policies.
- Communicates with administration regarding personnel issues, leave, accidents/incidents and injuries.
Candidate Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or equivalent job experience
- Clean driving record
- Ability to pass a MN DHS background screening
- Ability to pass a Department of Transportation medical examination
- Ability to bend, squat, kneel, torque, grasp lightly, use fine manipulation, grasp forcefully, and reach above shoulders repeatedly throughout the day.
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
