JOB OPPORTUNITY: Case Manager – Withdrawal Management Program
Are you motivated to help people access the care and resources they need for recovery? Our Withdrawal Management Program is looking for a Case Manager who is passionate about guiding clients through treatment and connecting them to community resources that make a lasting difference.
As a Case Manager, you’ll work directly with clients to assess needs, coordinate services, and ensure they receive the right support at the right time. You’ll collaborate closely with referral partners, track progress, and maintain accurate documentation—all while being part of a supportive, mission-driven team.
What You’ll Do
Provide case management services, including outreach, screening, assessment, and referral
Help clients access health, social, and community resources
Monitor client progress and maintain timely, accurate records
Build and strengthen referral networks with partner agencies
Support clients with brief interventions and crisis referrals as needed
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 4 years’ client service experience , OR
Master’s degree in counseling or related field plus 2 years’ experience (licensure or pursuing licensure preferred)
Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills
Compassion, professionalism, and cultural awareness
Work Environment
Fast-paced treatment program setting
Mix of office, in-community, and client-facing work
Full-time, 40 hours per week (flexible scheduling options available, including weekend shifts)
Additional Requirements
Valid driver’s license or state ID
Level II background check and drug screen
