- Prepare journal entries for month-end closing process
- Reconcile bank accounts and balance sheet accounts
- Assist in all audits providing supporting documentation
- Provide back-up support in Accounts Payable and Payroll
- Knowledge of bookkeeping/general accounting
- Good organizational skills
- Ability to manage time and resources
- Ability to speak coherently and convey concepts
- Computer proficiency required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Minimum three (3) years of bookkeeping/general accounting experience required.
- Ability to write accurately and legibly
- Ability to sit at a desk and view a display screen for extended periods of time
- Ability to bend, stoop and reach
- Ability to sit in meetings for extended periods of time
- Ability to move throughout program facilities both indoors and outdoors
- Ability to lift and carry 10 pounds
- Good hearing and vision
- Must pass a level II background check and drug screen.
- Must have a valid driver's license or state ID card.
