Work Location: Hybrid (in-person and remote supervision) Home and community settings throughout the Inland Empire (primarily Riverside, Moreno Valley, and nearby cities). High Desert areas are not serviced. Client assignments are made with consideration of staff location whenever possible to minimize travel between sessions.

Operant Services is hiring Clinical Supervisors to support ABA services for children and families.
Clinical Supervisors provide leadership to Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Supervisors while working closely with our BCBA clinical leadership team.
This role focuses on coaching staff, reviewing data, and ensuring treatment programs are implemented effectively so children can make meaningful progress.

What You'll Do
Clinical Supervisors help guide therapy services and support Behavior Interventionists in the field.
Responsibilities may include:
- Supervise Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Supervisors Observe therapy sessions and provide in-session coaching Develop, modify, and oversee behavior intervention programs Analyze behavioral data to monitor client progress Implement Behavior Skills Training (BST) with staff Participate in clinical meetings and program reviews Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Ensure treatment plans are implemented with fidelity Support staff training and professional development
Caseload Expectations
Clinical Supervisors typically:
- Provide supervision across approximately 9–15 cases Conduct in-session coaching and observation of Behavior Interventionists Participate in clinical team meetings and program reviews
Schedule
Schedules may vary depending on client availability.
Typical work schedule:
Monday – Friday Occasional Saturdays may be available depending on client schedules
This role includes a combination of in-person supervision and remote work.
Requirements
- Master’s degree in behavior analysis, psychology, education, or related field BCaBA certification accepted Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) preferred Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel locally within the Inland Empire Must pass DOJ Live Scan background check and TB clearance
