Job Type: Full-time or Part-time
Work Location: Hybrid (in-person and remote supervision) Home and community settings throughout the Inland Empire (primarily Riverside, Moreno Valley, and nearby cities). High Desert areas are not serviced. Client assignments are made with consideration of staff location whenever possible to minimize travel between sessions.

Operant Services is hiring Assistant Supervisors to support ABA services for children and families.

Assistant Supervisors support Behavior Interventionists, help monitor client progress, and work closely with BCBA supervisors to ensure treatment plans are implemented effectively.

What You'll Do
Assistant Supervisors support clinical services and help guide Behavior Interventionists in the field.
Responsibilities may include:
- Conduct supervision visits with Behavior Interventionists Observe therapy sessions and provide coaching and performance feedback Assist with developing and updating behavior intervention programs Analyze behavioral data to monitor client progress Implement Behavior Skills Training (BST) to support staff development Participate in clinical meetings and program reviews Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation Support implementation of treatment plans developed by and supervised by a BCBA Ensure services are delivered in accordance with company policies and applicable regulations
Caseload Expectations
Assistant Supervisors typically:
- Provide supervision across approximately 9–15 cases Conduct in-session coaching and observation of Behavior Interventionists Participate in clinical team meetings and program reviews
Schedule
Schedules may vary depending on client availability.
Typical work schedule:
Monday – Friday Occasional Saturdays may be available depending on client schedules
This position includes a combination of in-person supervision and remote work.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in psychology, education, behavior analysis, or related field Candidates currently enrolled in an ABA graduate program are encouraged to apply Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities preferred Strong communication and coaching skills Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to travel locally within the Inland Empire Must pass DOJ Live Scan background check and TB clearance
