- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Texas driver’s license.
- 2–5 years of similar or related experience.
- Previous facilities maintenance or building operations experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- A dependable, team-oriented approach and willingness to jump in where needed.
- Ability to perform the physical requirements of a hands-on facilities role, which may include standing and lifting.
