We're looking for a Business Banking Relationship Manager who is driven, outgoing, and ready to take ownership of their market.

You’ll need to be self-motivated, dependable, organized, and comfortable working autonomously while staying connected to the larger Openland team. A strong sense of urgency and attention to detail are essential—you’ll be managing relationships, pursuing new opportunities, and following through on the details that keep business moving.

What You’ll Do

• Build and grow relationships with existing and prospective business members.
• Develop new business through proactive outreach, calling, business visits, networking, referrals, and community involvement.
• Build connections with CPAs, attorneys, commercial real estate professionals, chambers of commerce, community organizations, and other referral partners.
• Serve as a trusted financial resource by learning about each business and recommending solutions that fit its needs.
• Generate and grow commercial deposits, loans, and other business relationships.
• Guide business members through the loan process, including gathering documentation and coordinating with underwriting through closing.
• Manage and monitor an assigned business loan portfolio and proactively address potential concerns.
• Represent Openland at networking events and community functions.
• Partner across Openland to connect business members with additional products, services, and resources.
• Maintain Safesite records.
• Stay on top of follow-ups, commitments, and deadlines while delivering an excellent member experience.

• College degree required.
• Two to five years of similar or related experience, including experience gained through preparatory roles.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, and business development skills.
• Ability to independently manage competing priorities while maintaining timely and accurate follow-through
