Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Physical Security Manager to oversee and enhance the safety and security of our people, facilities, and assets. This role is responsible for developing and implementing security strategies, managing security personnel and systems, and ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations and best practices.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive physical security programs and policies
- Oversee day-to-day security operations across facilities, including access control, surveillance, and guard services
- Conduct risk assessments, vulnerability analyses, and site security audits
- Manage and optimize security systems (CCTV, alarms, badge access, intrusion detection)
- Lead incident response efforts, investigations, and reporting
- Coordinate emergency preparedness, crisis management, and business continuity plans
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies (law enforcement, vendors)
- Manage security vendors, contracts, and budgets
Requirements:
- Experience managing security teams and multi-site operations
- Strong knowledge of security systems, technologies, and best practices
- Proven ability to conduct investigations and risk assessments
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
