A venture-backed AI infrastructure startup is assembling its founding team in New York. Their platform powers mission-critical, real-time decisions across healthcare, logistics & defense. Think multi-agent orchestration, ultra-low latency pipelines & systems where milliseconds matter.

Stack: React, TypeScript, Next.js, Python, PostgreSQL, gRPC, REST, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD

Open roles across:

• Fullstack

• Backend

• Frontend

They’re looking for people who:

• Have shipped real projects that mattered - solo or on a team

• Can write clean, modern frontend in React and TypeScript

• Can own backend logic, services & data pipelines in Go or Python

• Understand trade-offs, constraints & architecture

• Don’t stall under pressure or ambiguity

• Want end-to-end ownership across design, code, infra & delivery

• Operate fast and lean without compromising on quality

• Think about systems, not just features

In this role, you’ll:

• Build product features across frontend, backend & infra

• Design and implement clean APIs, services & flows

• Work directly with product and design - no middle layers

• Influence early architecture, stack & engineering culture

• Ship often, iterate fast & scale what works

• Be one of the people who decides how things get built
