About the job
Our client is looking for a motivated, experienced, and highly skilled US Patent Attorney/Agent with an electrical engineering degree, computer engineering/science, or equivalent to joining our team on a full-time exclusive basis. Duties Include:
Primarily prosecuting patent applications including preparing client letters with options for effectively responding to office actions, preparing responses, and conducting Examiner interviews; and patent preparation
Qualifications:
- Optimal candidates have at least a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering/Science or equivalent
- Korean language reading and writing skills are highly preferred for the position
- At least 5 recent years of patent prosecution experience and enhanced skill in developing creative prosecution solutions
