- Draft and prosecute patent applications.
- Counsel clients on intellectual property strategy.
- Conduct patent mining and portfolio development.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- At least 2 years of patent prosecution experience.
- Registered to practice before the USPTO.
- Technical background preferred (EE, ME, CS, Physics, etc.).
- Experience or strong interest in client development.
