We are seeking an experienced Vice Regional Property Manager to support our Regional Property Manager in overseeing a large portfolio of single-family properties across multiple regions. You will also assist in analyzing market trends, developing strategic initiatives, and implementing best practices to enhance operational efficiency. Responsibilities:

• Support the financial performance of properties by assisting in revenue enhancement and expense control.
• Collaborate in projecting and forecasting property income and expenses.
• Help lead the team in creating customer service programs and activities to elevate service levels.
• Assist in hiring, training, and mentoring Property Managers, Assistant Property Managers, and other property management staff as necessary.
• Contribute to customer service initiatives aimed at improving service levels across the portfolio.
• Work with the Regional Property Manager to develop and implement targeted marketing plans for each market.
• Review and analyze market data to identify emerging trends that may affect property performance. Collaborate with Property Managers to formulate and implement action plans to drive occupancy and growth.
• Handle escalated issues in accordance with company guidelines.
• Collaborate closely with Leadership Team Members and Managers in establishing strategies for the region and company.
• Support various teams, including Leasing and Central Services, focusing on renewals and HOA members.
• Assist in developing and establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to promote team success.
• Contribute to the implementation and streamlining of processes to enhance operational efficiency.
• Assist in analyzing market trends to inform strategic decision-making.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Active GA Real Estate License (Bonus if licensed in TX!)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Bachelors Degree is a plus
• Minimum of 6 years’ experience in Single Family Property Management
• 4 years of supervisory/leadership experience managing medium to large teams
• Strong knowledge of specific markets
• Experience with investor-owned properties is a plus
• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple teams
• Detail-oriented with strong critical thinking skills
• Proficient in various computer software programs
• Salesforce experience required
• Highly proficient in Excel
• Proficient knowledge of Google Suite
