Role Description This full-time, on-site Mental Health Professional role is based at Open Cities Health Center within our four locations (possibility of staying at one site very likely. We have a location off 94 & Lexington, one off Rice Street, one by Selby Avenue, and one at the corner of University & Marion in Saint Paul). The Mental Health Professional will provide direct mental health care, including diagnostic assessments, individual and group therapy, and treatment planning for diverse patient populations. Daily responsibilities include coordinating case management services, providing both short and long-term psychotherapy services, and participating in interdisciplinary care meetings. The role involves conducting crisis assessments, implementing crisis intervention strategies, and connecting patients to community resources and ongoing support. Documentation of services, maintenance of accurate records, and adherence to ethical and regulatory standards are integral to this position.
