What are the responsibilities and job description for the Licensed Mental Health Professional position at Open Cities Health Center?
Open Cities Health Center is currently looking for a licensed mental health professional to join our behavioral health team.
IDEAL CANDIDATES:
Ideal candidates will be independently licensed in Minnesota (LP, LPCC, LMFT, or LICSW). Preferred to have at least 1 year of experience providing psychotherapy services. Must have a strong interest in working with clients through a holistic framework. Must be comfortable providing services both in-person and via telehealth. Must be motivated, team oriented/collaborative and able to work in a fast-paced environment in an integrated health care setting.

JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Provide individual psychotherapy services; if licensed as a psychologist, ability to conduct psychological testing and provide supervision to unlicensed/pre-licensed practitioners as needed
- Participate in weekly group supervision with other licensed and unlicensed providers; attend monthly all-staff meeting
- Able to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
- Fluent in working with clients from diverse backgrounds and clinical presentations
- Experience working with individuals from marginalized communities and SPMI populations
- Experience providing trauma-informed care/services
