Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the group home, ensuring provision of high-quality care and services to residents
- Train, and supervise staff, including direct care staff, medication aides, and other support staff
- Train on individualized service plans for residents, in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Coordinate with healthcare providers, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care transitions
- Manage organizational resources, including budget, supplies, and facilities maintenance
- Conduct staff evaluations, provide coaching and feedback, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Ensure compliance with regulations, standards, and policies, including those related to licensing and certification
- Foster positive relationships with residents, families, and community partners
- 2 years of experience preferred, with a strong willingness to learn and grow
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
