What You’ll Do
- Provide direct resident care in line with facility policies and safety standards.
- Complete resident rounds at shift start and every two hours.
- Assist residents with daily living activities and comfort needs.
- Verify resident identification before providing care or meals.
- Keep resident areas clean and organized (beds, tables, water pitchers, etc.).
- Report changes in resident conditions to nursing staff.
- Support the Charge Nurse, RN Supervisor, and Director of Nursing as needed.
- Current CNA license in the state of Missouri.
- Current BLS/CPR certification (per state requirements).
