- 10:00 AM - 6:30 PM, full-time
- Rotating weekends required
- Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and safety inspections
- Conduct weekly walk-throughs of high-risk areas
- Complete Life Safety and Preventative Maintenance tasks per regulations
- Maintain detailed logs and documentation for compliance
- Manage electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical systems
- Prioritize and complete work orders via electronic tracking system
- Maintain supplies and prepare resident rooms for new/discharging occupants
- Troubleshoot and repair facility equipment and infrastructure
- Assist with emergency maintenance as needed
- High school diploma required
- HVAC certification or electrical experience preferred
- Minimum 2 years maintenance experience in long-term care preferred
- Knowledge of maintenance, housekeeping, and laundry procedures a plus
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently or with a team
