You ll oversee the development of next-generation modules and subsystems that set the standard in the industry, guiding multidisciplinary teams through the complex New Product Introduction (NPI) process.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the AR wireless engineering team to define, design, and execute hardware projects.
- Develop and manage wireless development schedules, keeping stakeholders informed and proactively identifying/addressing potential setbacks.
- Work cross-functionally to establish and drive best practices and technology development processes in a dynamic environment, ensuring on-time delivery.
- Coordinate and contribute to engineering deliverables, including architecture definitions, build goals, and wireless requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of firmware releases for factory use during builds.
- Track and report engineering issues encountered during the build process, providing regular status updates to leadership.
- Bachelor s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, or a related engineering discipline, or equivalent experience.
- Experience with component and module qualification, validation, and characterization processes.
- 3 years of experience as an engineering manager or Technical Program Manager, managing hardware or firmware projects from concept to mass production.
- 3 years of experience working with wireless hardware module projects.
- 3 years of wireless design and/or implementation experience, in hardware and/or firmware.
- In-depth knowledge of the product development process for consumer wireless hardware, including firmware integration to meet hardware delivery goals.
