Program Project Manager

Job Summary

• We are seeking an experienced temporary Program Manager to provide operational coverage for our APX team through the end of 2026.
• This role supports two key areas: HRPex Product Operational Support and Business Operations.
• The ideal candidate brings strong program and product management experience, thrives in ambiguous environments, and can hit the ground running with minimal ramp time.
• This is a high-impact, execution-focused role ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously.

• nsManage ITDS ticketing set-up and clean-up, ensuring accurate tracking and resolution workflo

esBasic Qualification

• s:4 years of experience in program management, product management, or business operatio
• nsDemonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams with strong attention to deta
• ilExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with experience preparing executive-level materia
• lsProven track record of driving operational improvements and executing against ambiguous problem statemen
• tsAbility to work independently and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environme
