This role will serve as a strategic partner between business stakeholders and technical teams, leading requirements gathering, process optimization, system enhancements, integrations, testing, and end-user adoption initiatives across enterprise PLM platforms. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience working with PLM platforms with apparel or retail-focused. Experience with Lectra or Andromeda is ideal. This position requires a candidate who understands retail product creation, merchandising, sourcing, production, and operational workflows, while also being capable of driving business and technical discussions with stakeholders across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead business analysis activities for PLM-related initiatives, enhancements, integrations, and operational improvements.
- Partner closely with business stakeholders across merchandising, product development, sourcing, planning, production, and operations to gather, analyze, and document business and system requirements.
- Act as the primary liaison between business users, technical teams, vendors, and leadership to ensure alignment on scope, priorities, and delivery.
- Provide hands-on support and functional expertise across PLM platforms such as Lectra, Andromeda, or similar systems.
- Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend scalable process and system improvements.
- Support and coordinate system integrations between PLM, ERP, merchandising, and related enterprise applications.
- Lead and support testing activities, including test strategy creation, test case development, UAT coordination, defect management, and validation of enhancements.
- Create and maintain detailed business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, SOPs, training documentation, and release communications.
- Drive issue triage, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and resolution efforts across business-critical platforms and integrations.
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and cross-functional discussions to ensure successful project execution and adoption.
- Ensure projects remain aligned to scope, timelines, and business objectives while proactively identifying risks and dependencies.
- Mentor junior analysts and support best practices around business analysis, documentation, and delivery processes.
- Business requirements are clearly defined, actionable, and aligned with operational goals.
- PLM processes and workflows are optimized to improve efficiency, visibility, and data integrity.
- Stakeholders view the analyst as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert across PLM and retail operations.
- System enhancements and implementations are delivered successfully with minimal operational disruption.
- Cross-functional communication between business and technical teams is streamlined and effective.
- Documentation, testing, and process governance standards are consistently maintained.

- Strong hands-on experience with enterprise PLM systems focused on the apparel or retail industry, or similar platforms.
- Experience with Lectra or Andromeda is highly recommended.
- Strong retail, apparel, merchandising, sourcing, product development, or supply chain domain experience.
- Proven experience gathering business requirements, leading workshops, documenting functional specifications, and managing stakeholder communications.
- Experience supporting PLM integrations with ERP and other enterprise platforms.
- Strong understanding of SDLC methodologies, system implementations, testing processes, and change management.
- Experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, data management, and operational optimization.
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Asana, SharePoint, Excel, reporting/BI tools, and ticketing systems.
- SQL, reporting, or data analysis skills are a plus.
- Bachelor s degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
