Operations Manager – Brooklyn, NY (Travel Required)
Location: Brooklyn, NY On-site | Full-Time | Nationwide Travel Required
Salary: $90,000–$120,000/year
At Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services PLLC, LBAPS is a rapidly growing ABA organization committed to delivering high-quality services to children and families across the country. We are seeking an experienced and driven Operations Manager to oversee multi-site operations and play a key role in our continued expansion. This is a high-impact leadership position for someone who excels in fast-paced environments and is passionate about building efficient, scalable systems.
Key Responsibilities;
- Oversee daily operations across multiple locations, ensuring performance, compliance, and consistency
- Lead the launch and ongoing management of new branch locations
- Develop and implement operational systems that improve efficiency and reduce costs
- Travel nationwide to provide hands-on support, oversight, and team leadership
- Integrate new services into existing operations to support organizational growth
- Identify and improve workflows to enhance service delivery and overall client experience
Qualifications;
- Proven experience in operations management (multi-site experience strongly preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and support diverse teams
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
- Demonstrated success in process improvement and operational efficiency
- Willingness and ability to travel frequently (both air and ground)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field (advanced degree a plus)
