Billing Manager - Brooklyn, NY

Pay: $75,000–$125,000/year

At Licensed Behavior Analyst Professional Services (LBAPS), we’re growing rapidly as a nationwide provider of ABA services supporting children with autism and their families. We’re seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Billing Manager to lead our billing and payroll operations. This is a high-impact role where your leadership directly supports operational efficiency, compliance, and the overall success of our clinical services.
What You’ll Do;
- Oversee end-to-end billing operations, including insurance and Medicaid submissions
- Manage and coordinate multi-state payroll in collaboration with HR and Finance
- Lead, train, and supervise the billing team to ensure accuracy and performance
- Ensure compliance with healthcare billing regulations and labor laws
- Resolve billing and payroll discrepancies efficiently and proactively
- Collaborate with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve processes
- Prepare and present reports, billing metrics, and performance data to leadership
What You Bring;
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (preferred)
- 2 years of experience in a billing and/or payroll leadership role
- Background in healthcare or ABA billing (preferred)
- Knowledge of Medicaid, insurance billing, and payroll compliance
- Experience with platforms such as Central Reach, ADP, QuickBooks
- Strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills
