As a Permits & Licensing Representative, you will be responsible for facilitating and managing the various permits and licenses required for trucking operations. You will work closely with members to ensure they are compliant with state and federal requirements, providing them with expert guidance and support.

Responsibilities
- Educates members on permit and licensing requirements, responsibilities and liabilities associated with becoming a Motor Carrier that meet all Federal and state requirements. Processes a variety of forms and applications in accordance with federal and state mandates.
- Understands different types of Federal Authority and the requirements associated with each type.
- Ability to research and process a variety of permit processes based on the member’s needs.
- Identifies the different types of operations within the industry and the requirements associated with each type.
Required
- High School Diploma or GED
- Two years Customer Service experience
- One year office experience
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
Helpful
- Knowledge of AS400 and Content Manager
- Knowledge of the trucking industry
- Bilingual (English, Spanish)
