Responsibilities
- Answers routine phone calls, inputs new claims, and provides information to callers on existing claims, directing them as needed to the appropriate adjuster, supervisor, or manager
- Excellent customer service, phone communication, and organizational skills required with the ability to multi-task and problem solve
- Reads and understands various commercial auto policies and endorsements
- Reviews coverage records and assigns the correct risk during the creation of a new claim
Required
- One-year customer service specifically over the phone
- Two years office experience
- One-year insurance industry experience
Helpful
- Knowledge of the trucking industry
- Insurance claim handling
- Bilingual (English, Spanish)
