What are the responsibilities and job description for the IT Administrator position at OOCL USA Inc?

Our IT Administrator is first line of the setup and support for internal user’s computer, software and telecom configuration as well as other system access. Support the conference room audio/visual needs throughout the office. Also, work with external vendors and IT department to order and implement IT related infrastructure such as computer deployments, office relocations, and communication services.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide desktop/laptop hardware support
- Execute the setup, breakdown and disposal of equipment
- Process IT purchases for all North America Group offices
- Manage inventory of all equipment to ensure sufficient quality & quantity necessary to support end users
- Collaborate with finance to manage inventory value
- Process equipment related invoices for payment
- Manage functional internal Microsoft Sharepoint site
Qualifications:
- Advanced Windows 11 knowledge, and networking, desktop and laptop hardware, and peripherals
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows products
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- At least 3 years of technical support experience
- Some level of customer service experience or working with other employees
