I am an interior designer looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to help keep my business running smoothly. Things have been growing quickly, and I need help staying organized and on top of day-to-day tasks.
This is a part-time, flexible role to start (approximately 5–10 hours per week), with much potential to grow.
Responsibilities may include:
- Managing email inbox and organizing communications
- Following up with vendors, contractors, and clients
- Helping with project material order placement
- Assisting with sourcing products and materials
- Organizing project details, notes, and files
- Light social media or marketing support (a plus, not required)
Ideal Candidate:
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills (friendly and professional)
- Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
- Tech-savvy (Google Drive, email, basic apps)
- Experience in interior design or a creative field is a plus, but not required
