I am an interior designer looking for a reliable, detail-oriented assistant to help keep my business running smoothly. Things have been growing quickly, and I need help staying organized and on top of day-to-day tasks.

This is a part-time, flexible role to start (approximately 5–10 hours per week), with much potential to grow.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Managing email inbox and organizing communications
  • Following up with vendors, contractors, and clients
  • Helping with project material order placement
  • Assisting with sourcing products and materials
  • Organizing project details, notes, and files
  • Light social media or marketing support (a plus, not required)

Ideal Candidate:

  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Strong communication skills (friendly and professional)
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Tech-savvy (Google Drive, email, basic apps)
  • Experience in interior design or a creative field is a plus, but not required

Details:

  • Flexible hours (may vary week to week)
  • Local to the area is required
  • Looking for someone dependable and easy to communicate with
