We’re partnering with our client to find a talented Senior Account Manager to support a hybrid team based in New York. This temporary role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment focused on digital media and advertising performance.

- Onsite 3-4 days per week
- 12 month contract extend
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze campaign performance data (upselling, budgeting, identifying top accounts)
- Provide optimization recommendations to clients
- Assist in creating sales decks for client presentations
- Develop case study sheets
- Manage and grow client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and strategic advisor
- Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Own full-funnel strategy, from awareness through conversion and retention
- Leverage pixel tracking, event setup, and attribution models to drive performance insights
- Execute campaigns hands-on (“in-platform / hands-on keyboard”) including setup, QA, and optimization
- Analyze campaign performance and deliver data-driven recommendations to clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate cross-functionally with media buyers, analysts, and creative teams
Qualifications
- 3–6 years of experience as:
- An Account Manager at a competing platform
- Comfortable gathering and working with data from an Ad Manager platform
- Proficient in Excel, Keynote, PowerPoint
- Experience with large data sets
- Ability to work cross-functionally with multiple teams
- Strong understanding of Paid Ads and full-funnel campaigns (including pixel campaigns)
- In a Paid Social / Performance Marketing role at an agency
- Proven experience managing full-funnel campaigns (prospecting, retargeting, conversion optimization)
- Strong expertise with tracking pixels, conversion APIs, and attribution
- Hands-on experience executing campaigns directly in ad platforms (not just strategy)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and optimize accordingly
- Excellent communication and client management skills
Preferred
- Experience in high-growth or performance-driven environments
- Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Looker, or BI dashboards
- Exposure to ecommerce or direct-response marketing models
