This role is responsible for creating intuitive, accessible, and data-informed digital experiences that enable teams to effectively assist customers with rewards-related inquiries.
Type: Contract, fully on-site M-F
Schedule: Regular day hours
Duration: 5 months, could extend
Pay: $62 - $69/hr, paid weekly, benefits eligible
UX Designer Requirements
- 3 years of experience in UX design or a related discipline supporting digital products and services
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Demonstrated ability to design across multiple platforms including web, mobile, and enterprise systems
- Strong experience translating complex data and user research into actionable design insights
- Deep understanding of information architecture, interaction design, and user flows
- Knowledge of inclusive design principles, accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG), and assistive technologies
- Experience delivering end-to-end user journeys and improving customer experience outcomes
- Ability to operate within an iterative, agile design process and adapt to evolving business needs
UX Designer Duties
- Design and deliver user-centered solutions that address complex interaction challenges, ensuring consistency across products and platforms
- Apply information architecture and storyboarding techniques to improve navigation, usability, and content structure
- Conduct and leverage data analysis, user research, and behavioral insights to inform design decisions and refine experiences
- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to integrate accessibility and inclusive design standards
- Continuously iterate on designs using user feedback, testing insights, and performance data to enhance usability and engagement
- Contribute to strategic design initiatives by evaluating market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging UX practices
- Support the development of scalable solutions that improve operational efficiency and elevate the overall user experience ecosystem
